"joining the series was something that I had wanted to do as soon as I was able. Of course the obstacle holding me back was the injuries sustained whilst quad biking. I felt that I really shouldn't participate until I knew that I was ready and that the doctors agreed. Now is that time. I guess the positive to it is that I have a longer pre-season, but it also means I lack the experience that would have developed from the races that I missed."
